A half hour walk from Lamma Island’s Yung Shue Wan ferry pier is Hung Shing Yeh Beach. It was named after a Chinese deity and once a desolate stretch of sand. The beach is now well facilitated to serve the public who would like to make a dip, read a book, or idle away. The Herboland nearby is a farm dedicated to the growing of herbs. You can sample their herb tea at a rustic surrounding, or bring home a packet of sweet herb bag for a soothing sleep. The Concerto Inn facing the beach is also good for an overnight stay, and their restaurant offers both Western and Eastern food.
